These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Freelancer Joining Program offered by Group Takey. By applying to the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not apply.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Possess the necessary skills and experience relevant to the projects offered by the Company.

• Submit a complete and accurate registration form.

2. Application Process

• Applicants must fill out the registration form provided on the Program webpage.

• The Company reserves the right to review applications and accept or reject applicants at its discretion.

• Acceptance into the Program does not guarantee work.

3. Confidentiality

Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received during their engagement with the Company and will not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

4. Compensation

• Rates for freelance work will be discussed and agreed upon before project commencement.

• Compensation will be paid upon the completion of agreed-upon milestones or project deliverables, as outlined in the individual project contracts.

5. Work Quality

Participants are expected to deliver high-quality work, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with the Company and clients.

6. Project Commitment

• If a participant chooses to accept a project and fails to complete it without prior notification or valid reason, this may negatively impact their standing and perceived value within the Group.

• Repeated failure to deliver on accepted projects may lead to termination from the Program.

7. Independent Contractor Status

Participants in the Program are considered independent contractors. Nothing in these terms shall be construed to create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between the Company and the participant.

8. Termination

• The Company reserves the right to terminate participation in the Program at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

o Violation of these Terms and Conditions.

o Failure to meet project deadlines or quality standards.

o Unprofessional behavior.

9. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms..

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and UAE. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
